HOW MANY IMAGES CAN I SEND AT ONCE? Please only send 1 photo per request. We find it best to focus on each photo and request separately. The photo should be a minimum file size of 500 KB and in focus, (especially if you wish to print your photo). HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RETOUCH MY PHOTO? We usually take 3 business days. During peak times and holidays, the more complex requests may take longer. We realize that you may require same day service; additional "Rush Service Charges Apply" WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO PAY IN ADVANCE? Due to the amount of traffic we receive, it helps to provide the best turnaround time and service to our clients. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE? We take AMEX, Master Card and Visa. All these cards are easily processed though PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account when paying via PayPal. Photo VP will email you a link to pay once your photo has been accepted (correct size and in focus). | DO YOU ONLY ACCEPT DIGITAL PHOTOS? Yes, at this time only digital images are accepted. If you have a printed photo that you would like to submit please have it scanned at 300 dpi and forward to us as per normal. Any printing outlet will be able to assist you in doing this and the price is minimal. DO YOU ACCEPT ADULT PHOTOS OR IMAGES? We do not accept adult content. Partial nude photos may be accepted if portrayed in an artistic and professional manner. WILL ANYONE ELSE SEE OR HAVE ACCESS TO MY PHOTO(S)? No, we promise, your photo will not be shown or shared with anyone except you. Due to our high level of confidentiality we do not release the name or photo of any client unless otherwise agreed. WHERE DO I SEND MY PHOTO AND REQUEST TO? Please refer to the HOME or SERVICES page and be sure to provide an accurate description of the retouching so your estimate will be precise. |
